We will ensure fair and transparent processing of all personal data.


Good data processing practice

We will practice good data processing in accordance with the GDPR and the existing Act on the Processing of Personal Data, also called the Data Protection Act.


Security measures

We have adopted internal regulations on information security, which include instructions and measures to prevent unauthorised people from gaining access to the data and to prevent the destruction, loss and alteration of data.


Use of personal data

When we process personal data, we will comply with the following:

  • We will process data on a legal basis.
  • We will only use personal data that are relevant and sufficient in relation to the purposes stated at registration.
  • We will continually maintain data. We ask employees and partners to inform us of relevant changes to their data, thereby ensuring that the data are not incorrect or misleading.
  • As a starting point, we delete personal data when they are no longer needed in relation to the purpose that formed the basis for our collection, processing and storage of the data.
  • Please note that it may not immediately be possible to delete your personal data if they appear in emails or historical documents that we need to store for the purpose of maintaining the operation of our business.
  • As a rule, personal data will not be disclosed, but there may be exceptions, for instance when disclosure is required by public authorities or needed for the maintenance of our operations.
  • Any disclosure of data to a third party will be registered, and a data processing agreement will have been signed.


Insight, correction, deletion etc.

Any individual is entitled to request and receive information about what data we process about them, what they are used for and how and for how long they are stored.

If you believe that the personal data we process about you are inaccurate, you have the right to have them corrected. Please contact us to inform us of the inaccuracies, stating how they can be corrected.

If you believe that your data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which we collected them, you can ask to have them deleted.

You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data are being processed in violation of the law or other legal obligations. When you contact us with a request to have your personal data corrected or deleted, or with other objections, we will investigate whether the conditions are met and if so, the data will be corrected or deleted as soon as possible.
